Grocery Store Stock Boy Buys A Condo With Zero Down

Ben worked full time at a grocery store stocking shelves.  He just finished paying off some debt and wanted to move out of his parents home and into a home of his own. Challenge:  He didn’t have any down payment saved. We used our relationship with one of our mortgage lenders to approve Ben to buy the home with Zero Down Payment.  The kicker … he even got a very low 5 year fixed mortgage rate! Ben now lives in his brand new $220,000 condo, which is a short drive to his parents home, and he now enjoys his independence.
